Dyuti Ghosh
Raised in the small university town of Santiniketan, West Bengal, India, Dyuti moved to Kolkata in 2016 to pursue her higher studies at Jadavpur University. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in 2019 and a Master’s degree from the Department of Philosophy, she went on to secure an MPhil with a specialization in Philosophy of Mind. Dyuti has presented papers at several seminars and published articles in journals focused on her area of expertise. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Philosophy of Mind.
Since childhood, Dyuti has been an avid sports enthusiast, earning several medals in school-level sports. In 2021, she decided to take up Rifle Shooting professionally. She participated in the state-level championships and secured 21st position in the .177 Open Sight 10m Air Rifle Women (Individual) event at the 54th West Bengal State Shooting Championship (Rifle & Pistol) in 2022. The following year, in 2023, she won a silver medal by securing 2nd position in the .177 Open Sight 10m Air Rifle Women (Team) event and placed 20th in the individual category at the 55th West Bengal State Shooting Championship.
